How the Trolley Type Oven Works
The loaded trolley is pushed into the oven along guide rails, and the door is closed and latched. Heated air from the blower plenum flows across the trolley shelves and returns through the heater. When the cycle ends, the trolley is pulled out and a pre-loaded trolley is pushed in straight away.
