How the Powder Coating Booth Works
Parts hang inside the booth while the operator sprays powder with an electrostatic gun. Overspray is drawn into the collection chamber, where cartridge filters capture it. Reverse-pulse air knocks the powder off the filters into a hopper for reuse.
