We are into curing of friction materials for the automotive supply stores, which is an application served by our brake pad curing oven. The friction materials that we cure include the drum brake linings and the disc brake pads. Our ovens are very effective in removing bonding materials and other impurities in linings and brake pads besides curbing the glaze. Such operations are very important for the linings and pads to achieve uniform friction coefficients over the surfaces. 

One of the most important characteristics of our brake pad curing oven is to maintain uniform temperature all over the chamber. We need to ensure an attentive calibration of the pattern of airflow we choose and the source of heat.

Temperature Control PID with or without Profile Setting (Temp Up and Down) can be provided with SSR/ SCR for high accuracy.

Temperature Recorder Microprocessor chip-based paper less, Multi-Stage Temp. Indicator cum Recorder.
PLC With HMI PLC can be provided for automation and integration of whole system, data feeding, process display, and fault indication can be seen in HMI.
