A gas fired oven uses LPG or natural gas (PNG) burners to heat the oven air. Gas firing is often preferred for larger ovens because heat recovery is fast and running cost is lower than with electric heating.
MV International supplies burner systems from 20 to 500 kW, with 40:1 to 100:1 modulating turndown. The burner does not keep switching on and off near the set point, so temperature stays steady and burner life is longer. Direct-fired and indirect-fired versions are available to suit the product.
Key Features of Our Gas Fired Oven
LPG or PNG burners from 20 to 500 kW
Modulating control with wide turndown for precise temperature
Direct-fired (higher efficiency) or indirect-fired (clean air) designs
Flame safeguard, gas train and safety interlocks
Batch, walk-in and conveyor configurations
Fast heat-up and recovery
Gas Fired Oven Applications
Powder coating and paint curing
Large batch drying
Preheating and stress relieving
Burn-off and cleaning ovens
Composite curing in walk-in ovens
Food and process drying
How the Gas Fired Oven Works
The gas burner fires into an air heater. In direct-fired designs the combustion products mix with the circulated air, and in indirect-fired designs they pass through a heat exchanger. A modulating valve adjusts gas flow to match heat demand, and the flame safeguard monitors the flame continuously.

Gas Fired Oven FAQs
What is the difference between direct and indirect gas firing?
Direct firing is more efficient but combustion gases mix with the oven air. Indirect firing keeps the air clean, which is preferred for some finishes and products.
Which gas can be used?
LPG and natural gas (PNG). The burner and gas train are selected for your fuel and supply pressure.
A gas fired oven is built to order, so the cost depends on the working size, temperature range, heating method and options such as PLC control or a temperature recorder. Send us your requirement on the enquiry page or call +91-9718290000 for a quick, no-obligation quotation.
Do you export the Gas Fired Oven outside India?
Yes. MV International is an experienced gas fired oven exporter. We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Africa, South-East Asia, Europe and the Americas, with voltage and frequency matched to your country and seaworthy export packing.
