A chamber oven is a batch oven with a fully enclosed, insulated heating chamber, loaded through one or two doors. Chamber ovens are used for drying, curing and heat treatment where the load must stay static and protected, for example resin-coated parts, laminates and materials that give off solvent vapours.

How the Chamber Oven Works
Air is heated and circulated through the chamber. When solvents are present, a measured fraction of the air is exhausted continuously and replaced by fresh air. This keeps vapour levels safe while the load dries or cures at the set temperature.

How does a chamber oven handle flammable solvents?
We calculate the fresh-air and exhaust rate from the solvent quantity, so vapour concentration stays below 25% of the lower explosive limit. Purge timers and explosion-relief panels add further safety.
What temperature can a chamber oven reach?
Standard chamber ovens are built for up to 250°C or 400°C. Higher ratings up to 500°C are available.
Can a chamber oven have doors on both sides?
Yes. Pass-through chamber ovens with doors at both ends are available for production flow.
