MV International has come up with the convectional drying equipment for most industries. The tray dryer has a trolley that places trays and insulated chambers over each other. Industries that deal in chemicals, dyestuff, pharmaceutical, chemical manufacturing, and food products find these driers very useful for their various heating and drying processes. The materials that have to be dried are either kept on trays or could be in a wet or solid-state.

An electric heater or radiator coil yields steam that supports the circulation of hot air, which conveys heat through the trays. The blower fans are there to facilitate a uniform passage of heat and its circulation. Besides, proper temperature control is rendered by the tray dryer through its control panel and other parameters that are externally attached to it. These parameters ensure a smooth running of the equipment.

The continuous hot air circulation constitutes the fundamental working principle of the tray dryer. A forceful convectional heating technique of the tray dryer sheds moisture off the wet solids that are placed over it. Once fresh air enters via the inlet and edges past the heaters, it acquires warmth.

PLC With HMI PLC can be provided for automation and integration of whole system, data feeding, process display, and fault indication can be seen in HMI.
