A forced air circulation oven uses a powerful blower and ducted air distribution to move heated air at high velocity through the load. This gives faster heat transfer and tighter temperature uniformity than natural-convection or lightly ventilated ovens, which is why it is the standard design for production drying, curing and heat treatment.
MV International forced air circulation ovens are built from stainless or mild steel with heavy insulation. Their rigid, tough construction stands up to continuous, extensive use, and they apply heat quickly and evenly for drying, curing and moisture removal.
Key Features of Our Forced Air Circulation Oven
High-velocity centrifugal blower with ducted distribution
Adjustable louvres to balance air flow
Uniform temperature throughout the chamber
SS or MS construction with heavy insulation
Temperature up to 500°C
PID control with independent over-temperature safety
Forced Air Circulation Oven Applications
Production drying of parts and materials
Curing paints, powders and adhesives
Moisture removal from electrical machines
Preheating dies and moulds
Stress relieving and ageing
Laboratory-to-production scale heat treatment
How the Forced Air Circulation Oven Works
The blower draws air across the heaters and pushes it through supply ducts and louvres into the chamber. The air flows over the load and returns to the heater, and this rapid recirculation keeps every point in the chamber at nearly the same temperature.

Forced Air Circulation Oven FAQs
Why is forced air circulation better?
It heats the load faster and more evenly, so cycle times are shorter and quality is more consistent.
Can air velocity be adjusted?
Yes. Dampers or a VFD on the blower can reduce air velocity for light or powdery products.
How is it different from an air circulation oven?
It is the same principle. 'Forced' highlights the high-velocity blower. See also our air circulation oven.
How much does a Forced Air Circulation Oven cost?
A forced air circulation oven is built to order, so the cost depends on the working size, temperature range, heating method and options such as PLC control or a temperature recorder. Send us your requirement on the enquiry page or call +91-9718290000 for a quick, no-obligation quotation.
Can you supply the Forced Air Circulation Oven to buyers abroad?
Yes. Along with supplying all over India, we export the forced air circulation oven to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Ovens are built for your local power supply and shipped with complete documentation and commissioning support.
