How the Stainless Steel Tray Dryer Works
The product is spread on SS trays loaded into the cabinet or onto trolleys. Fresh air is heated by electric heaters or steam radiators and circulated across the trays. Moist air is exhausted, and the temperature controller holds the drying temperature.
