How the PFA Coating Oven Works
Parts are preheated, powder or liquid PFA is applied, and the part is fused in the oven at the melt-flow temperature. Multiple coats build thickness. Uniform air flow ensures heavy and light sections reach temperature together.

PFA coatings typically flow at about 370-400°C. Always check the coating supplier's data.
What is the difference between PFA and PTFE coating?
