Ensuring air Circulation with an Internal Fan:

The ovens ensure a proper air circulation with the help of the fan. The heating time gets faster due to the airflow and ensures an even temperature distribution inside the oven. At the top, you have the centrifugal blower that uses a stainless steel baffle to cover it from the workspace. The fan sucks the air and blows it on the working volume once it gets past the temperature sensor and the heating elements.
