An ageing oven carries out artificial ageing, or precipitation hardening, of aluminium, copper and other age-hardenable alloys. Parts are held at a precise temperature for several hours so that their strength and hardness rise to the required temper.
MV International ageing ovens are built in many standard sizes and to custom dimensions. Standard ratings go up to about 260°C (500°F), with options up to 500°C. Air-flow designs are matched to your load configuration, and roof-mounted heater packages can save floor space.
Key Features of Our Ageing Oven
Excellent temperature uniformity for consistent hardness
Standard rating up to 260°C, options up to 500°C
Air-flow patterns matched to your load configuration
Roof-mounted heaters to save floor space
Heavy-duty construction for years of service
Programmable soak timer and data recording
Ageing Oven Applications
Aluminium extrusion ageing (T5/T6)
Aluminium casting ageing
Copper-beryllium precipitation hardening
Maraging steel ageing
Stabilising heat treatment
Aerospace and automotive alloys
How the Ageing Oven Works
Parts are loaded and heated to the ageing temperature, then soaked for the specified time while air flow keeps all parts at the same temperature. After soaking, the load is removed to cool.

Ageing Oven Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter
Ageing Oven Manufacturer in India
As a ageing oven manufacturer in India since 1989, MV International designs and builds every unit at our own works in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, close to Delhi NCR. Our engineers size the chamber, heater load and air-flow pattern to your actual load, so the oven reaches 500°C evenly and holds it within a tight band. Every ageing oven is assembled, wired and trial-run at our plant before dispatch.
Ageing Oven Supplier
MV International supplies the ageing oven to aluminium extruders, die-casters, aerospace and automotive suppliers all over India. Industrial clusters we serve regularly include Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, Ludhiana, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kolkata. With every oven we provide a manual, wiring diagram, spares list and quick service support.
Ageing Oven Exporter
Overseas buyers source the ageing oven from us because we combine Indian manufacturing costs with export-quality construction. Regular destinations include Oman, United Kingdom, Nepal, Nigeria and Egypt. We build to your local power supply, quote FOB or CIF, and supply documentation, spares and remote support.
Why Buy from MV International?
In-house design and manufacturing since 1989, ISO 9001:2015 certified
Custom chamber sizes, temperatures up to 500°C and electric, gas, diesel or steam heating

Ageing Oven FAQs
What is artificial ageing?
It is holding a solution-treated alloy at an elevated temperature so that fine precipitates form and increase strength and hardness.
Yes. Paperless recorders or PLC/SCADA systems can log every ageing cycle for quality records.
How much does a Ageing Oven cost?
A ageing oven is built to order, so the cost depends on the working size, temperature range, heating method and options such as PLC control or a temperature recorder. Send us your requirement on the enquiry page or call +91-9718290000 for a quick, no-obligation quotation.
Can you supply the Ageing Oven to buyers abroad?
Yes. Along with supplying all over India, we export the ageing oven to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Ovens are built for your local power supply and shipped with complete documentation and commissioning support.
