Lacquer Curing Oven – It’s All about Simplifying the Process of Curing Different Articles

MV International provides for a lacquer curing oven that cures lacquer while metalizing articles made of metal, plastic, and glass. Likewise, it continues curing even after metallizing. We have engineered these ovens comprehensively for incorporating advanced features and designed them specifically for the Vacuum Metallizing Industry. The Process of Lacquer Curing

Lacquer is necessary for developing the base coat to ensure metallizing adhesion. You may spray it with a spray gun or dip the substrate within a lacquer tank. A suitable temperature is maintained for drying it within our lacquer curing oven. The articles are placed on a tray inside the oven and the oven doors are closed. There is a digital temperature controller that has an indicator showing the temperature.

You must set the time and temperature for curing the articles. Once that is done, you must set the fan on and the heater switch on respectively. Once the time elapses, you must switch the heater off. The top-coat curing also requires you to follow the same process.

Temperature Control PID with or without Profile Setting (Temp Up and Down) can be provided with SSR/ SCR for high accuracy.
The programming of PID can vary from 4 to 50 programmes.
Temperature Recorder Microprocessor chip-based paper less, Multi-Stage Temp. Indicator cum Recorder.
PLC With HMI PLC can be provided for automation and integration of whole system, data feeding, process display, and fault indication can be seen in HMI.
