Among our high-end products, our clean room ovens bear specific characteristics that are necessary for clean-room work under high temperature. Besides assuring rapid heat recovery, our oven comes equipped with perforated stainless steel shelves and stainless steel interiors with welding. Both temperature and time get projected under two easily distinguishable digital LED displays that depict process proceedings up to the second or the set-point.

Our clean room ovens are made of a door steal made of silicon rubber that can withstand high temperature. They have an insulator worth 3.5 inches that’s wrapped-around for bearing high temperature. Once you start operating the oven at a temperature higher than 200° C, it might weaken the filter. Each unit has three adjustable exhaustion ducts and airflow ducts that could be removed and cleaned very easily. Both the re-circulated and room air can pass through these ducts very smoothly.

Temperature Control PID with or without Profile Setting (Temp Up and Down) can be provided with SSR/ SCR for high accuracy.
The programming of PID can vary from 4 to 50 programmes.
Temperature Recorder Microprocessor chip-based paper less, Multi-Stage Temp. Indicator cum Recorder.
PLC With HMI PLC can be provided for automation and integration of whole system, data feeding, process display, and fault indication can be seen in HMI.
SCADA System High quality integration and controlling system from one point can be done with SCADA.
