A garment curing oven cures the resin finish on wrinkle-free and permanent-press garments after they are pressed. Garments hang on racks or trucks, and heated air flows gently downward from the roof to return plenums in the floor, so every garment cures evenly without being disturbed.
MV International garment curing ovens are used in textile and apparel export units. Temperatures reach up to about 260°C (500°F) or as required. The heater and blower are mounted on top to save floor space, and gas or electric heating is available.
Key Features of Our Garment Curing Oven
Gentle vertical down-flow air pattern
Recessed floor tracks for garment trucks
Roof-mounted heater/blower to save floor space
Variable-speed process air flow (optional)
24-hour temperature chart recorder (optional)
Gas or electric heating
Garment Curing Oven Applications
Wrinkle-free shirts and trousers
Permanent-press garments
Resin-finished cotton apparel
Uniform and work-wear finishing

Textile finishing in export units
How the Garment Curing Oven Works
Pressed garments on hangers are pushed in on trucks. Hot air enters from the ceiling, flows down through the garments and returns through floor plenums to the heater. The cure temperature and time are set for the resin system used.

Garment Curing Oven FAQs
What temperature is used to cure wrinkle-free garments?
Typical resin finishes cure at about 140-170°C for several minutes. The exact profile depends on the chemical and the fabric.
Why use a down-flow air pattern?
Down-flow air moves gently over hanging garments and heats them evenly without blowing them around.
Is the oven available with gas firing?
Yes. Both gas-fired and electric garment curing ovens are available.
What is the price of a Garment Curing Oven?
The price of a garment curing oven depends on chamber size, maximum temperature, heating media (electric, gas, diesel or steam), material of construction and the control system. Share your load details, process temperature and cycle time, and MV International will send a detailed quotation, usually within 24 hours.
Do you export the Garment Curing Oven outside India?
Yes. MV International is an experienced garment curing oven exporter. We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Africa, South-East Asia, Europe and the Americas, with voltage and frequency matched to your country and seaworthy export packing.
