A core drying oven removes moisture from cores so that they are strong and give defect-free results in the next process. It is used for foundry sand cores, paper cores, transformer cores and metal parts that must be completely dry.
MV International core drying ovens use high-power blowers to distribute heat evenly, with sophisticated controls so the operator can set the temperature in seconds. They are strong, long-lasting and easy to operate.
Key Features of Our Core Drying Oven
High-power blowers for even heat distribution
Moisture exhaust with fresh-air inlet
Trolleys or racks for cores
Temperature up to 300°C
Quick-set digital controls
Strong, long-lasting construction
Core Drying Oven Applications
Foundry sand core drying
Paper core drying
Transformer core drying
Metal component drying
Mould and coating drying
Ceramic core drying
How the Core Drying Oven Works
Cores are loaded and hot air is blown evenly across them. Moisture is driven out and exhausted, and the oven holds the drying temperature for the set time.

Core Drying Oven FAQs
What temperature is used to dry cores?
It depends on the core material. Typically 100-250°C.
Is this the same as a foundry core oven?
For foundry applications see our foundry core drying oven, which is designed specifically for sand cores.
A core drying oven is built to order, so the cost depends on the working size, temperature range, heating method and options such as PLC control or a temperature recorder. Send us your requirement on the enquiry page or call +91-9718290000 for a quick, no-obligation quotation.
Can you supply the Core Drying Oven to buyers abroad?
Yes. Along with supplying all over India, we export the core drying oven to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Ovens are built for your local power supply and shipped with complete documentation and commissioning support.
